Double Chocolate

Rich cocoa dough packed with two kinds of chocolate — melted dark chocolate in the batter and plenty of chocolate chips throughout. Soft and fudgy in the center with lightly crisp edges. Deep chocolate flavor without tasting dry or bitter.

Thick, bakery-style cookies that stay chewy after they cool. Best slightly warm so the chips are still molten. A pinch of sea salt on top balances the sweetness.
